Privacy Policy: 

::  We do not automatically collect your email address.  We obtain your email address only if you choose to complete the registration process necessary to register your child to play soccer or to register yourself as a coach, assistant coach or club volunteer.

::  If you choose to provide us with your email address by completing the registration process, we may email you from time to time to call your attention to important dates and times regarding the upcoming / current soccer season, as well as information from your child's coach / team manager.  Once your child is placed on a team, your child's coach will have access to your email address to communicate with you throughout the season.

::  We will NOT share your email address(es) with anyone other than those authorized to contact you regarding the upcoming / current soccer season.

::  If you have any concerns about the privacy of your email address, or would simply like to 'opt-out' of future email messages (unrelated to your child's registration), please send an email to helpdesk@sumnersoccer.org with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.  A representative will contact you and confirm that your email address will be removed from our system (except for registration purposes).
